Added note about the initial delay

Good suggestion. However, this behavior being specific to the gruvbox_material_better_performance option (which is off by default), I would rather have such note moved to the relevant section, right here:

Something along those lines:

  Enabling this option will reduce loading time by approximately 50%. Please note that the initial
  generation of syntax files, which occurs on the first Vim restart after enabling this option,
  requires up to 5 seconds to complete.
