Invalid data in GPX timestamps #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable "Save GPX track" and "Keep upload files"
2. Record a log
3. Upload it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The GPX file has timestamps that are some 600 years into the future and don't 
seem to change for at least the first trackpoints (the event rate of the GPS is 
normally 1 per second).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
00.7.00, on Cyanogenmod 10.1.3-RC1
