App not getting updated on F-Droid #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start F-Droid client and look for Radiobeacon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: most recent version. Instead I see a "version 1.0" updated on August 
25.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
F-Droid 0.50 on Cyanogenmod 10.1.3-RC2

Please provide any additional information below.
In the F-Droid repo Radiobeacon's Update Check Mode is set to RepoManifest, 
i.e. F-Droid will look at the version numbers in the manifest to determine if a 
new version is available. So those numbers would need to be bumped with every 
update.

Michael, guess we have the same thoughts at the same time :-)

Regarding the automatic updates, I just posted a request at 
https://f-droid.org/forums/topic/android-cells-may-need-to-be-replaced/page/2/

Version numbers are adjusted in r858b0d926c14
