12-hour time format in GPX filename #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable export of GPX track.
2. Wait until 13:00.
3. Start logging.
4. Stop and upload/export.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The file name of the GPX file will have the time in 12-hour format (with no 
AM/PM qualification), whereas all other files use 24-hour format.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
00.7.03 (apk as of Sep 15), on Cyanogenmo 10.1.3-RC2.
