Add a map for US of A and France #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press a menu button
2. Select Settings
3. Select "Download map"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

An item reading "United States of America". However, I saw no such item.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm using a 1.0 version, on the Android OS.

Please provide any additional information below.

It'd be useful to have a list of states instead of a single map for the whole
USA.

Maps are provided by Mapsforge (http://code.google.com/p/mapsforge) and
downloaded from their server (http://download.mapsforge.org/maps/). It
shouldn't be too hard to add more options (mostly a question of UI design, I
guess, as the list is going to get large). Btw, they already have the US as
individual states.

For the moment, you can always download a map file from that URL manually and
place it in the map folder on your SD card. Then go to Settings and choose that
map file.

Added several US + France maps for download at
https://googledrive.com/host/0B97gHr4MqjHpM2h0QVR5SWJOcGs/
More will follow today..

For the moment, download them and copy them manually to your
SDcard\org.openbmap\maps folder.
After an restart of Radiobeacon client, they'll appear in the list of available
maps..

With on of the next releases, they also be included for automatic download

PS: If you need more maps please feel free to re-open this issue..
