New session started upon returning to activity #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Radiobeacon and start tracking.
2. Switch to another app and do something else
3. Return to Radiobeacon
4. Stop tracking

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to be taken back to the session I started earlier. Instead the 
old session seems to get canceled (have yet to find out when) and a new one is 
started.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.7 (Nov 13) from F-Droid, Cyanogenmod 10.1.3

Please provide any additional information below.

Just checked, apparently the existing session is stopped when returning to the 
activity and the new one is created afterwards, so no data seems to be lost. 
However, it's kind of unexpected, and on top of that: if you've been in map 
view and return there, the map will still have the old session. The cursor will 
move but the GPS and WiFi data will still show the first (and now inactive) 
session.

It's a faulty implementation of NFC based start, stop and upload commands 
(see http://code.google.com/p/openbmap/issues/detail?id=48)

Basically with 0.7.7 three activities where exposed to ease remote-control by 
NFC tags (you might remember, that was on the wishlist for quite some time). 
Unfortunately the service startup was implemented in the wrong order.. 

Will be fixed with next release..
