GPS is not released properly after logging #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start logging. Observe the GPS icon in the notification bar flashing and 
changing to solid when a fix is obtained.
2. Stop and save. Observe the GPS icon.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: GPS is released and the icon disappears. Instead, the icon stays on, 
indicating that Radiobeacon is still listening for location updates (and 
draining the battery). Killing Radiobeacon makes the notification go away.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.7.9 (from Google Drive, dated Dec 27), but at least 0.7.8 was also 
affected. Earlier releases close to 0.7.0 were OK. OS is Cyanogenmod 10.2 on a 
Nexus S.

I cleaned up position service start and stop process. r483177d839fa should fix 
this issue.. 

If there are no negative side-effects after testing, I'll close this issue in a 
couple of days..
