React hooks examples #11

Would be nice to have snippets with React hooks and "react-jsx": 3

Currently, I'm focusing on TypeScript. So, it's a bit hard for me to make hooks examples. I hope someone else contribute them.

@malamud We use it with hooks. What exactly would you like to see as an example?
