Different versions on npm and github releases #12

The latest version on github releases is 0.1.3 https://github.com/sainthkh/reasonql/releases

The latest version on npm is 0.2.0 https://www.npmjs.com/package/@reasonql/core

It's a bit misleading. Is it possible to keep them synchronised?
