Web component: explain that for other languages we need to load a translation file

In the webcomponent documentation when we explain that we need to load scripts such as moment, we also need to load special files for languages. ex:

• for the vyte slot picker to be in french: https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/moment.js/2.29.0/locale/fr.min.js
• or in dutch: https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/moment.js/2.29.0/locale/nl.min.js
