Edit Command is Unnecessarily Complicated and not user-friendly #5

For instance, edit surgery is almost no different from adding a new surgery appointment. As a user, I have to type in a long command that includes the animal type, the UID, the appointment date and time and so many other information. What if the only appointment detail that I wish to edit is the time? it's a waste of my time as a user to have to key in all that information again when I only wish to change one field. This command is simply too long and there should be an option for the user to just key in the UID (which is unique for each appointment and easily identifiable by just that) and indicate which detail they want to update, and then provide the new information.

Team's Response

We did not plan to do this in this version

Suggestion for improvement of "edit" command

Just a suggestion, for the "edit" command, it might be good to accept single edits to particular details of the appointment, such as the animal type in the image above.

Instead of having to key in everything just to edit one detail
