gts i get communication error, please turn off power ,error code 13275 or error code 52100 #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. trying to connect to gts when dsn code input in primary
2. trying to connect to gts when dsn code input secondary
3. trying to connect to gts when dsn code input both

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 gts i get communication error, please turn off power ,error code 13275 or error code 52100.
i want to send pkms to my ds
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

vista home prem ir-gts b-w v0.01
Please provide any additional information below.
i tried 2 turn off firewall n still the same.
also i just test it out i can send my pokemon to my pc but not send them back 
to my ds. if you could help with this that would be great.

when I tried this the first time it worked fine i got my pokemon but now im 
getting the same error this is annoying what is the problem do i have to redo 
my dns code or what please help
