Add Auto Reconnect on the Lavalink Client

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. My Lavalink Always get disconnected after 1 hour, etc, so adding this feature would help

Describe the solution you'd like After a node disconnected, the bot tries to reconnect to that node every 10s

Describe alternatives you've considered Alternative I can offer is poru lavalink client or erela.js
