VT220 support #1

Hi,

I tried to use this program on my VT220, but it doesn't work. The VT220 has a slightly different 'syntax', mainly less parameters at the start and smaller character size (technical manual for reference)

I'd love to help, but I cannot get my head around the DRCS format :|

Please let me know if you want to add support for this terminal (which cannot do normal sixels sadly), and I will try to help as best as I can ;)
