Expected Behaviour vs Actual Behaviour

It is expected that i am returned with a more specific error that states the index which is wrong, instead I am returned with a blanket error and I don't know which index to rectify.

How to replicate

Have 1 person in address book, type delete 1 2

Why this severity:

Does not really change functionality but can be troublesome to check.
