能不能 PageIndicator 设置向下的高度 #314

希望可以Indicator动态设置距离Banner最下方的距离，因为我们Banner的控件大小不一，如果固定高度，会显示的很不美观

可以通过 findViewById(R.id.loPageTurningPoint)这种方式，获取LayoutParams来设置底部间距
