Neither .shp nor .shx files can be opened with remote sensing processing software ENVI, can you provide a valid region of interest vector file? Looking forward to your reply

Thank you for reporting the issue. I have reuploaded the shape files in a zip file in the main repository. You can also check the files in the drive folder
