Attributes issues and issue comments by mentioning the original author. Workaround until we transfer the objects directly via its author.

Also, apparently stylish-haskell has started working again.

@axman6 The app does not yet carry a mapping between source and destination users. This is more of a hack for the moment, and will be replaced when the mentioned mapping is present. Also, when the mapping is present, the action can be performed as the author.
