Add a "show all" link to the removed lines. #143

When lines are suppressed in the visual diff view, it would sometimes be 
REALLY helpful to be able to just click "show all" instead of having to 
reveal the (sometimes thousands of) missing lines 10 at a time.

That's already fixed on codereview.appspot.com.

If you're looking for this in the Google Apps Labs version, that is currently 
behind,
but it will be upgraded (contact me directly for more info).
