Broken diag shell on SPARC #589

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. configure Embox with sparc/qemu
2. delete shell_name="tish" from start_script parameters
3. build image and run in on sparc qemu
4. try press 'enter'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I hope to see new welcome message "embox>" but I see only a cursor move to a 
next line
