Firmware for ramps: include x, and z control. #10

I have kliment/sprinter installed, motor will move when pololu in the x.  No 
movement when trying to run in projector mode.

We'll not be supporting RAMPS electronics for the time being, as we need to 
concentrate on getting the software working properly with our shield first. We 
simple don't have enough resources to support booth, not to mention our shield 
have different functionality, specific for our CS1 Hardware.

Having said that, I'll be giving a RAMPS compatible firmware option as soon as 
time permit, but be advised: I won't give any support for it! If it does or not 
work, you're be on your own.
