Scrambled Screen Upon Start

After I run the script and have the window open up, I get the screen that 
scrambles the picture where the image should be (a picture of this is attached)

Here are the steps I used to get the script:

1) Downloaded CS1_Host_fix_missing_qt from the issues section
2) Copied the .zip file into my C: directory
3) Unzipped the file in my C: directory 
4) Ran draft.exe
5) Had the command window open as I ran the script
5) Had the window pop up and the part where the CAD model should be was
   scrambled (picture of what it looks like attached)

Here are my system specs:

32 bit system Windows XP
Video Card: Mobile Intel (R) 945 GM Express Chipset
Computer: 2006 Toshiba Satellite

I don't know what is going wrong, but with this I can't tell if the
models I upload actually upload and run. I tried uploading the meshes, but they 
don't work. 

Also, this version was the only version of the code to work properly. In all 
the other versions, the command window opens, has text appear, then closes 
without opening the actual window showing the model. 

What am I doing wrong? Is there a step I am missing?

I need the log_<computername>.html file. Please attach it here!
Also, try the latest version available today. 
But it does seems like your Video Card may not be compatible. But I can only 
tell if you attach the log_<computername>.html file.

issue?
