Add option to CS1 Host to modify slice resolution and slice/background color! #8

For accurate calibration, it is necessary to modify the resolution of the image 
(PNG). For my printer (1280, 913).
Please add the possibility to set the resolution in CS1 size cut imposed (PNG) 
(For each printer is different).
Please some other version of CS1, if possible, add the possibility to adjust 
the color image (PNG)
viz. the  image.
