Moved Everything Up & Added Saving #4

Moved everything out of the electron-quick-start directory. Also added the ability to export the doc element to an HTML string, for use in save, saveAll, and saveAs.

I changed a bunch of stuff so I couldn't merge this any more, but bits of your code definitely helped, thank you!
