Prepare myschedule-3.0.0 for new development branch of work #105

We want new Vaadin UI in 3.0.0 branch of work to be latest.

- Upgrade few dependencies in pom.xml
- Rework the myschedule-web module to fully integrate Vaadin better, and rework 
scheduler config properties loading and storing implementation.

This work has started since fb01634d249f. Things are in progress now.
