Description: The discussion forum div currently appears static and doesn't align with the dynamic hover effects present in other parts of the website. I propose adding a hover effect to the discussion forum div to enhance its visual interactivity and provide a more cohesive user experience across the site.

Here's the screenshot for your reference:

The hover effect will include:

• A subtle background color change.
• A slight box shadow for depth.
• A small scale-up to make the forum div stand out when hovered over.

Benefits:

• Improves the visual consistency and modernizes the appearance of the forum.
• Enhances user engagement by making the forum section more dynamic and interactive.
