markdown_guide.md and welcome_to_press.md are being recreated when syncing with fresh installation #66

Hi. I have a repo which have been synced by Press. When I sync it with a fresh Press installation, Press recreated markdown_guide.md and welcome_to_press.md in the repo which was deleted by me manually.

I think Press should keep them deleted instead of recreating them.
