CTRL+V not pasting #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?

      CTRL+V not pasting clipboard content only via right click/paste

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

     It should paste clipboard content but it doesn't

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

     Win7 Pro

Please provide any additional information below.

This also affects Ctrl-C for copying. Right-click "Copy" works, Ctrl-C does not.
