Support system properties included as /one-jar.properties #40

One-jar supports to include system properties in a file called 
/one-jar.properties.
The attached patch adds support for this feature to the plugin.

An example for this is to include

one-jar.silent=false

to suppress logging from one-jar during the startup phase.
