Problem

e:\1-ork\$up\1-all-works\1-game-engine\2dgames-uiaso>git status
fatal: unsafe repository ('E:/1-ork/$up/1-all-works/1-game-engine/2dgames-uiaso' is owned by someone else)
To add an exception for this directory, call:

        git config --global --add safe.directory 'E:/1-ork/$up/1-all-works/1-game-engine/2dgames-uiaso'

Set the environment variable GIT_TEST_DEBUG_UNSAFE_DIRECTORIES=true and run
again for more information.

Solution 1

Move repo from external hdd to laptop hdd and try git cmd
