I don't know what it means while entering customizing :cry: #30

The settings of extension mediacontrols@cliffniff.github.com had an error:

What's your GNOME version?

image I see this but if is it too old, I can Update just tell me how. <3

The extension only supports GNOME 3.38 and 40. Since you are on Ubuntu, you will have to upgrade the whole OS to update GNOME. To do that try following this article: https://ubuntu.com/tutorials/upgrading-ubuntu-desktop.
