Researching each distance based clustering test #2

There are 5 more distance-based clustering tests that we need to investigate:

Nearest neighbor distance statistics G F J Inter-event distance functions K L

Comment on this issue with the test you are interested in exploring so we're not doubling up!

We might end up having to do this iteratively as a team and go one function at a time. I did not realize that they build on each other. We can talk about this later today in class, although I think it would be good to still have each person specialize in one function just to be familiar so they can spearhead that part. Or 2 of us on each function.

Yeah it might be best to focus on just a few clustering test together in stead of working on all 5 individually.

I'm almost done with the distance matrix portion. I'm headed to class from a doctor's appointment that ran long, so I might be a few minutes late. See you soon.
