closes #6 calculate in money field by button

work items:

[x] add pylint
[x] add rc-files for pylint and pep8
[x] make pylint happy
[x] run pep8 and pylint on CI
[x] fix body padding for admin pages
[x] use telephone input for amount (to have +, - and so on)
[x] hide currency
[x] turn off autocomplete for amount field
[x] add javascript "calculate" button
[x] make tags cloud scrolling (display first 3 rows only)
[x] add more padding between tags
