Static e2e pages #128

Added a static sandbox page containing most HTML elements. This can be used for demos, user tutorials, quickly exploring some functionality etc.

Yes, an IFrame would be good for demonstration but I agree that due to the size of a page, Sakuli would find anything instantaneously. I'll alter the cookbook IFrame entry to mention that large websites might cause lacks in performance when IFrame Content is searched without a manual switch. That should make it clear that an automatic search is not always recommended.

Ah, okay... Seems that my browser cached the state before the change somehow, my bad.
