好みですが、.mdか.txtの拡張子をつけるのが最近だと一般的かもしれません。

githubの機能で作るライセンスファイルには拡張子が付かないような。 parseするときは.mdとか.txtのついたファイルも見てくれるみたいですけどね。 GSFの推奨が「拡張子なし」だったりするんじゃなかろうかと邪推。

はい。markdown で作ろうと思ったのですが、md がカットされて作成されました。
