・出来ない手順旧）入手先:http://w32tex.org/index-ja.html 新）入手先:https://www.w32tex.org/w32tex-ja.html 「W32 utilities」のページから、patch-diff-w32.zip をダウンロードします。の手順も、該当ページ（ https://www.w32tex.org/w32/ ）も、Forbidden となりアクセスできません。
