Fix the confliction of "tweakAutoSwitchElytra" and"tweakCreativeElytraFlight" #56

I have a chestplate and elytra in inventory.If i toggle the functions above in game and jump for 2times with elytra. I wont fly like creative.I will jump simply instead.Unluckily,if i toggle one of these functions,it can run normally

There has been fixes for this; check to make sure you are using the latest tweakeroo.

I have checked my version is 0.21.1 sakura.1.But my issue is not solved
