Sakura projects: pages should be visible when user grant is "list" #14

Public projects are not properly managed yet: all users should be able to read public project pages. Currently, "pages" are probably not considered as metadata on the GUI, thus it is not allowed, and clicking on the project just opens the metadata modal (unless the user owns the project of course). This can be tested by creating a public project and then logging out. This is probably something we said we would fix later...

This was fixed. The issue will be closed when the commit reaches the master branch.
