Add crafting system and interface

Currently, resources and asteroid mining are present, but resources are mostly useless, as crafting has not yet been added.

To-do list:

• System for using materials to craft upgrades, resultant upgrade quality should depend on different attributes of the materials.
• Crafting recipes defined in an INI
• A new interface for the crafting station, accessible from the baseside hub
• A new inventory for crafting products
• A new skill tree called "Engineering", which grants crafting recipes for different types of upgrades depending on which branch the player fills out
• Think about merging the materials bank view, the cargo hold, and the upgrades inventory into one single, streamlined inventory presenting all the information in one place. Having 3 different inventories is quite redundant

I've decided to downgrade upgrades and crafting to a nonessential "would like to have" feature. It will be put on hold, for now.

With de9b83251c5e23d6396a306767439c2e17608403 we now have the materials trader, so at least asteroid mining is not a complete waste of time.
