Description If the player has filled out an entire branch of the skill tree, the final legendary skill is always grey-tinted, not red-tinted, and shows "click to invest in this skill", as opposed to "you cannot acquire this skill" which should be shown if the player doesn't have enough free skill points.

Steps To Reproduce

Be at least level 13.
Invest all skill points in a single branch of the skill tree.
