[Story] Mission 2 can be completed without talking to Roberts first #57

Description If the player completes Mission 1, they can fly to Callisto Alpha and confront Jericho before talking to Roberts or even meeting the 20,000 credit requirement to start Mission 2.

Steps To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start a new campaign game.
  2. Complete Mission 1.
  3. Fly to Callisto Alpha.
