sapi init does not create .gitignore file #22

This may be a regression...

scenario was git init with an audience server.

I can confirm that the 0.6.3 release is nor producing the .gitignore file in the projects it creates (any auth config) When I run build, and init from the dist directory from the develop branch (0.7.0 draft branch) it works fine.
