Feature Request; Altitude hold should use fixed throttle position for referance. #314

Imagine you are holding altitude somewhere at 65% throttle stick.
The aircraft is 100 meters away - you cannot see perfectly if it's 
climbing/sinking. - Where do you place throttle stick after some manoeuvres ?

Solution;

In altitude hold - let AP control throttle depending in stick position relative 
to sticks's center position.
Now user knows that centering throttle stick is holding position.
moving stick above or below center /(with a little deadband) increases/reduces 
thrust or desired climb speed proportionally.

This is just how altitude hold works.  Not sure if that's how it worked in 
Jan..but that's what it does now!
