AMP2 doesn´t boot with inserted flashcard

Arducoper NG or ACM?

APM2 latest MP Software and freshly updated arducopter X-Quad firmware.

Please provide any additional information below.

Suddenly I wasn´t able to arm my copter anymore. ESCs kept on beeping as the 
board didn´t put out any signal anymore.
Connection to MP is not possible anymore in this state.
Only way to achieve a connection is by removing the flashcard. 
When inserting the card while still being connected and clickin on terminal, it 
starts with erasing logs and after about 1 minutes red and blue LED (ABC-area) 
are blinking again.
Arming Motor is still possible while being connected to MP. When disconnecting, 
APM2 board does not correspond to anything again.
