Add firmware version as a mavlink parameter and display in the mission planner #419

Display the currently loaded firmware version on APM board in the MP after 
connection.

Eg:

Board: APM2 
Firmware: ArduCopter V2.5.5 Quadcopter
Date: 1 May 2012

It does display it in the terminal window but you're asking for it to be a 
mavlink planner which makes perfect sense.
