Mission Planner - Grid "Relative Altitude" #426

Arducoper NG or ACM? ACM
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to create a grid using "Verify Height"
2. The parameter "Relative Altitude" is not included, but the heights are 
assigned using the "Default Alt" parameter instead.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to have waypoint altitudes which use the Grid's "Relative Altitude" 
parameter. Instead, the waypoint altitudes are set according to the "Default 
Alt" parameter instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mission Planner 1.1.92 mav 0.9. Windows 7 x64
