Orders reversed during flight

APM2, under firmware v2.6 on X quad, sometimes, orders suddenly  are reversed 
during flight on pitch and roll in any mode: Forward=>back, left=>right.( It 
happened also under V2.5). Last time, it was switching from Stabilize to RTL.
In this case, the only possibility to recover correct orders is to land 
(difficult) and reinitialise whith throttle stick bottom left during 15s.
External BEC for APM and RX on quad.
