packet loss since ArduCopter-2.7 over USB on Linux

Many packet loss since ArduCopter-2.7 over USB on Linux

Downgrading to ArduCopter-2.6 will fix the Problem.

CLI-Setup work fine on 2.7, only the MavLink make Problems.

on 2.6:

Sorry, i am using the APM2 Board

Same Problems with Copter-GCS on Android over Bluetooth (only 2.7, 2.6 works 
perfect)

ok, i think i found the Problem,
before i use this apm2 in my Quad, it was installed in my Octa,
now i reset all eeprom-data in cli and it works perfectly with v2.7.
