I cannot connect the apm2 using XBP24BZ7WIT-004 #453

APM2
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.connect the XBP24BZ7WIT-004
2.power on

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
nothing in the planner.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
APM2, windows7.

Please provide any additional information below.
The XBP24BZ7WIT-004's highest band rate is 57600, however, apm2 is 115200. I 
think it is the problem. But where can I change the band rate of apm2 since the 
XBP24BZ7WIT-004 is unchangeable to my knowledge.

Old issue, but I use 57600 without problems on 2.8.1
