APM Planner Mav 1.0 and Win8 ... won't start

Arducopter ACM

I've just installed Win8 x32 and downloaded and installed "APM Planner Mav 1.0" 
(MissionPlanner32-1.2.11.msi) to firmware up my apm2 hexa.

It stops at a windows command box and don't go further.

This is the command dos box text:
after pressing enter the box stopped working and had to be closed by windows8.
